We have access to manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Mexico, Europe and China to accommodate our broad spectrum of customers.
U.S. ITEMS
U.S. customers will be shipped items from our U.S, Mexico or Canada facilities depending on supply availability and the print provider being used. Depending on your location, shipping times will vary. On average, our U.S. items take 4 to 7 days to receive. In addition, as items are made-to-order, please allow 5-7 days for processing/fabrication and up to 10 days during peak holiday seasons. A U.S. item shipped overseas can take anywhere from 10 to 20 days depending on the final destination.

All-over-print crop tops, wide leg pants, and joggers are made-to-order and shipped either from China no matter where you reside in the world and can take 7 to 14 days for receipt after 5-7 days of processing and production. Depending on your location, shipping times will vary. Other items are printed and shipped from the location nearest to you thus reducing turn-around time by 3 to 4 days.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders shipping from the U.S. to a U.S. location take 3 to 7 days. Orders shipping from Mexico to a U.S. location take 3 to 7 days. If you reside in Europe, most items will be printed and shipped from Europe and shipping times will be similar to U.S. shipping times. On average, worldwide shipping of products including imported items takes 10 to 20 days and is sent via that country's tracking service with last mile shipping within the U.S. handled by USPS. In addition, please allow 2-3 days processing on our end as well as the supplier's end especially during the busy holiday seasons. When the item (s) ship, you will be given a tracking number.
SHIPPING DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
- Shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. Depending on where you live, we ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your order to be delivered. Sometimes the courier prematurely marks it as delivered and tries a redelivery, it turns up in a secure location at your property or it may be at your neighbors.
- Your tracking has not updated for 2 weeks from the ship date.
We reserve the right to classify this as a ‘delay’ if there is a high volume of parcels in the courier network or items are being shipped from an international location and we are aware of delays, otherwise we will offer a refund or replacement.
What we do not cover:
- Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you.
- Delays in transit.
- Order marked as unfulfilled or unshipped. This may be due to inventory issues or dispatch delays.
- Orders stuck in customs - we cannot be held responsible for customs delays or fees. Please get in touch with your chosen courier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return to sender fees, and these will be deducted from your refund.
- Items that are returned to us for a refund or exchange that are not in a resalable condition.
